Exterior renders & masterplans
Exterior visualisation at dusk, daylight, and context-in-neighborhood. Masterplan aerials for developments, with real sun paths and real surroundings.
Walkthrough video
A 60–90 second animated walkthrough — lobby to rooftop, or street to suite. The sales tool that closes deals when a still image won't.
Floor plans
Sales-ready floor plans: 2D coloured, 3D isometric, or both. Dimensions, flow arrows, furniture placement. Built from your architect's CAD or from survey photos.
Signage system
Primary, secondary, wayfinding and environmental signage. Sign-type matrix, placement plan, material spec and fabrication-ready files. We brief the fabricator and review the prototypes with you.
Launch visuals
The visuals your marketing team actually needs on launch day — hero shots for the website, renders for the press kit, and content sized for social in one pass.
How it runs

Brief & reference
We collect architect plans (CAD/PDF/survey), material specs, mood references and the story the space is telling. Output: a shot list and a moodboard signed by you.

3D model
The space is modelled in 3D from the plans — walls, openings, furniture, fixtures. A low-res turnaround is shared for approval before we spend render time.
- 03
Light + material
Real materials, real light (daytime, evening, night). A first render per angle is shared for feedback — typically one round of notes per angle.
- 04
Final delivery
4K stills, animation (if commissioned), layered PSDs, and every file your architect / marketing team / fabricator needs. Full asset library, versioned.

Do you need CAD files from the architect?
CAD is ideal. PDFs work. Survey photos + dimensions work. We'll tell you up front if what you have is enough or if we need a site visit / laser scan.
What do I get — just the render, or the working files?
Both. Finals at 4K (or higher), layered PSDs, the 3D scene file, and a clear naming + version scheme. You own every file.
Can we change a material after delivery?
Yes — because the scene is layered, most material / lighting changes are 1–2 hours, not a full re-render. We quote those as extras or as a retainer.
Do you fabricate the signs?
No — we design, spec, and brief. Fabrication is done by local partners you choose (or we recommend). We attend prototype review with you.
