Brand & Identity
A brand system your team can actually use.
We build brands for businesses with a point of view: hotels, studios, consultancies, founders shipping something specific. The deliverable is never just a logo — it's a working system your team runs with: type, colour, motion, voice, and templates for the things you publish every week.
What's included
Positioning & naming
Who you are, who you serve, what you promise — in plain language. Naming rounds when you need them, with trademark + domain checks so the name you pick can actually be used.
Logo & mark suite
Primary lockup, monogram, favicon, small-screen variants — all legible from a phone notification to a highway sign. Hand-drawn where it matters, kept simple everywhere else.
Type & colour system
Type scale, colour tokens, grid and spacing rules — built in Figma variables + CSS tokens so designers and developers read from the same source of truth.
Voice & messaging
A voice guide written like a voice guide should be: short, with examples of what you do say and what you don't. Homepage headlines, taglines and boilerplate copy to seed it.
Brand guidelines
A document — PDF + a web mini-site — that your team + any agency can actually follow. Real examples, not abstract principles. Editable templates for the things you repeat.
Launch kit
Stationery, email signatures, social templates, pitch deck, homepage hero — the set of things you need on day one to actually launch the new brand.
How it runs
- 01
Discover
Founder + team + customer interviews, market + competitor audit, mood research. Output: a positioning statement and a signed design brief.
- 02
Direction
Two or three distinct directions, each shown as a real sample on a real surface — a sign, a business card, a sales brochure — not a mood board. You pick one.
- 03
Build the system
Logo set, type, colour, grid, motion and a working component library in Figma. The system is the deliverable — not a single poster.
- 04
Apply
Applied to everything you need at launch: site hero, print, stationery, social, pitch deck, signage direction. Done with you, not "for approval".
- 05
Handover
Guidelines PDF + web mini-site, full asset library, editable templates, and a 90-minute training call with your team. You leave with everything you need to stay consistent without us.
A good fit for
Rebranding without losing your audience
You've outgrown the DIY logo. You can't afford to restart. We evolve what works, ditch what doesn't, and write down the rules so it sticks.
Launching a venue, hotel or boutique
A full identity + signage direction + launch kit delivered alongside the physical build, so the brand is already running when you open the door.
Founding brand for a new business
Name, positioning, identity, website hero — the set of assets you need to look like a real company on day one.
Consolidating a fragmented brand
Five agencies, five Figma files, five slightly-different logos. We audit, cull, write the rules and ship a single source of truth.
Deliverables
Frequently asked
Do you do naming?
Yes, when the brief calls for it. A proper naming round takes ~2 weeks: research, shortlist, trademark + domain checks, then 2–3 finalists with lockup sketches.
What software do you deliver in?
Design: Figma (variables for tokens, components for anything repeated). Production assets: PDF, SVG, PNG, EPS. Guidelines: PDF + a small web mini-site we build with your system.
Can you work with our existing designers?
Yes — we often lead the system and hand off day-to-day application to an in-house designer. Guidelines + Figma libraries make that hand-off clean.
Do you do signage / interior?
We do direction — sign types, placement, material, rendering. For fabrication we work with local partners you choose (or we can recommend). See the Signage & 3D solution for the full scope.
